In the first instance if you have a problem with any products, Contact us.


RV Magic warrants that, subject to the exclusions and limitations below, the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of 12 months from the date of supply to the original Purchaser (“Warranty Period”), unless otherwise specified. Your invoice is required as proof of purchase.

The buyer shall ensure that the item is suitable for the application.

In the event of a warranty issue, it is very important that you please contact us first. You need to give us the opportunity to resolve the problem. We’ll work closely with our supplier to provide a professional and speedy resolution. We cannot reimburse you if you bypass us and then send us a bill after repair work has been done.

We’ll always try use a local service agent to fix the fault however sometimes this is not always possible. The buyer may be required to send the item back to us or our service agent in a fully packaged condition. Shipping is not covered under the warranty.

Once the goods have been inspected, the judgment of our supplier or service agent is considered correct and final. If the defect is not a warranty issue or due to improper installation (or misuse), the warranty will be declined and the buyer may be liable to pay for any expenses incurred during the claim process.

Should the product be determined to be faulty, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Should a replacement product be unavailable, we will credit the original purchase price of the product.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, inappropriate or improper operation, lack of maintenance, incorrect installation, modification or adjustment of the item.



3.1 The Warranty will not apply where:

a) the Product has been on-sold or assigned by the Purchaser;

b) the Product has been re-installed;

c) the Product has been modified or repaired by someone other than RV Magic or an authorised RV Magic agent;

d) the Product’s defect has arisen due to the Purchaser’s failure to properly install, fit, maintain, service or use the Product in accordance with the specifications and instructions provided by the Manufacturer, including a failure to comply with the relevant maintenance schedule (where applicable);

e) RV Magic cannot establish any fault in the Product after testing;

f) The Product has been used other than for the purpose for which it was designed;

g) The Product has been subject to abnormal conditions, including but not limited to temperature, pressure, stress, load or similar;

h) The Purchaser or installer has used or fitted non-genuine or non-approved parts and accessories to the Product or has failed to use recommended parts and accessories;

i) The Product’s defect has arisen due to abuse, misuse, neglect or accident.

j) The Product has not been installed in accordance with the relevant instructions.


3.2 The Warranty will not extend to:

a) fair wear and tear of the Product; or

b) expendable parts.
